Case Against Former FBI Director James Comey Dismissed

Trump and the Justice department must follow scrupulous regulations perfectly while these solo rogue judges must follow none
Oops, you forgot to name the regulation the judge violated.

Funny, the judge had no problem describing the laws Trump violated.

It's almost as if you are reflexively vomiting a talking point that was spoonfed to you.

Trump's lasting impact will be... nothing. Everything he does is by fiat Executive Action and is struck down as illegal. What a loser.

I bet those billed hours are mounting up.....Once the Clinton judge is slapped down or the cretins are recharged the billing will continue. :laughing0301:
Yes, ending a case completely always racks up the billing hours.

🙄

Because the indictment answers your question, in full.
Ok then I'll play.

“authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports.

Richman was not at the FBI when he was an anonymous source. And neither can you establish that Comey authorized anything.

So, no lie and you can't establish that Comey did anything.

In fact, as I pointed out in the other post the evidence was so weak that one count was rejected and 2 others were passed with only 14 of the 23 voting to indict, (if they did so at all, which is contested) this on the probable cause standard which is just legal speak for saying that a crime might have been committed when Halligan was the only one there to present the case. No judge, no defense. And even then, she appeared to have quite simply lied about what the law says to get there.

How much merit do you think it will have when in front of a full jury? One that needs to unanimously decide beyond a reasonable doubt that somehow Comey lied about something that was true going by the evidence presented. When unlike in a grand jury Halligan can't claim Comey needs to testify or that they can just take her word there's more evidence that she hasn't shown.

You may prattle on all you want - your opinion means nothing, and has zero effect on what happens here.
You are right. Guess what what this judge says has. So I'll accept you know nothing about "the merits" of the case.
