Winning is relative to what is gained. Should such a thing occur (and let us hope that it does not), it will be a short-lived conflict, and decisive. There is a question of what this country will be - continue as a constitutional republic, or become quasi-European socialist state under an all-powerful central government that demands conformity. The two ideas are not compatible.
