Depends what you mean. I don’t think people should 100 percent agree all the time, you get that sort of result in leftist regimes like Saddam’s Iraq and the CCP.

But, people should be united around their country, respect for each other, and the rule of law. Obviously there are going to be some disagreements, but I think for the most part today the country is united in that regard

You're angling for simple agreement. I'm saying it's not that simple. Agreeing "in principle" isn't agreeing in fact. My brother agreed with me that drinking (the way he was doing it) was bad and that he should quit. He didn't and alcoholism eventually killed him.

The word opponent is better than enemy. Interesting you used enemy. We dont have to agree to be united thats the whole point of America. Right now we are under attack from socialist Communists and violent Muslims. They finance the chaos and violent protests. Democrats who are on the left refuse to oppose this and use it.
