California spent 25 Billion a year harboring illegals in Sanctuary Cities, and hardly a damn thing on building dams, and reservoirs.

They just let enough water to water their farms and Golf Courses for 20 years get flushed out to sea because of this kind of negligence.

And last year in the middle of a drought flushed 1 Trillion Gallons of water from their reservoirs.

The elite builds their million dollar mansions in the deserts, and in fragile environments but won't spend a dime building dams and reservoirs, and improving water delivery systems.

Interesting in that if the bridge or infrastructure project was for private use planners would have demanded engineering for worse case systematic failure and yet when it is for public enjoyment apparently not the case. Then of course there is the maintenance component which apparently was not factored into the long term budgeting aspect of the project. So who dropped the ball?

It is and was inevitable. But who wouldn't want to benefit from this peaceful an tranquil environment.

The State of California knows that earthquakes fires, floods and additional catastrophic events affect the environment in which they reside.

This is not political.

Taxes are paid to address these catastrophic events.

The State should have available funding by reducing waste and inefficiency, knowing that the taxes collected will be available in this situation.

A year to rebuild access to people's homes.

This is unacceptable.
