It's easy if the laws are passed by people who aren't going to be paying them out of their own pockets. In any case it will only result in a huge spike in murders and armed robberies among blacks, and most of it will be in the pockets of dope dealers, whores, and jewelry store owners in a month.

In any case, hopefully this leads to a mass exodus of hood rats from here to California. We should seal the borders as soon as millions of them get there. The spike in drug overdoses and shootings may actually balance out the costs in reducing welfare and other costs, like prisons, so there is that possibility.
