Back to the subject: California is now trying to prevent its subjects from buying ammo for their guns. They claim it's aimed only at criminals, terrorists etc. But that's exactly who WON'T obey their laws. In fact, it only restricts the law-abiding.

Using the permitting process to make is so difficult to get one that people give up is infringement, and is unconstitutional. Kind of like in NYC where it takes 3-6 months and $1000 to get a home use handgun permit.
