Polls do not reflect what MOST Americans want. They only reflect the opinions of those polled. If you poll 10 anti-gun people and 6 of them say they want more gun control--that's 60% of those polled--not MOST Americans. Critical thinking, try it sometime.A Pew Research Center survey conducted in September found that 60% of Americans say gun laws should be tougher, up from 57% last year and 52% in 2017. Most American want gun control laws that work which means keeping guns out the hands of people that not should have them, criminals, the mentally ill, and people that do not know how to handle them. It is possible to accomplishes all of this and still preserves 2nd amendment right, but not without both sides working together. Gun control without bipartisan support will end up ineffective.I'm a big supporter of the second amendment but if that amendment is defined by this hate group they call a party or the NRA, we would be a lot better off not having the second Amendment. There is no way in hell that the NRA and Gun Bubbas perception and opinion of the second was even close to why our forefathers put in the 2nd in the constitution. In fact if they knew how it would be misinterpreted by these brain dead, they would apose the 2nd themselves.
