We sold our home during the Vegas housing frenzy back in the spring and have been renting since. We are now looking at buying an older home near the strip and remodeling it. As the city has grown, housing is now further and further away from work. So now folks are starting to look back into the work centers for housing. The prices are cheap, but the homes need some work. Once the work is done though, the values go up tremendously.
