JOe has dementia-----------and with dementia you have good and bad days
And although joe has black dead eyes or likely because of it...I sense that he was reading his responses from somewhere--I suspect the audience and didn't know how to respond when Trump interrupted him. I hope you realize his lashing out is part of his brain aneurysm issues. His stumbles might too if it was not his speach impetiment. But he was more coherant then many thought, but then again he refused a drug test and you don't refuse a drug test unless it exposes use or health issues he's hiding.
You claim he has no dementia, then explain his forgetting Trumps plans (for many things) and claiming he never has any and never does anything whereby he's forgetting thus lying. Unless you are saying he's just lying or thinks the audience is too dumb to notice?

Did Biden forget that he took off the equivelant to 30 days off during his campaign and that people have hours in the day they unwind or excercise whether to shoot hoops, swim, tennis, or golf?

It's hard really to say what exactly is wrong with Joe, but he is known for being a gaffe machine when he was much younger. However, it appears to be getting worse as Joe talks about children rubbing the blond hairs on his legs and liking it when they sit on his lap and openly grope women and children with the cameras running inappropriately, and calling black children "roaches" etc.

It is also true that he has a much harder time using his words, and in the debate fumbled a bit. But during the debate he was much better than I had seen him in some time.
