All true, but as I already said, wearing political messages of ANY kind on your person within 100 feet of a voting station is ILLEGAL in 21 states.

In which case, this guy hasn't a leg to stand on.

Best he could have done is offer to put the cap in his car. So long as it is 100 feet from the polling station, he is good.
THEN he can call a cop or a lawyer if they still wouldn't allow him to vote.

So much easier just to not go around looking to instigate a fight. Sure, it is your right to wear or support whoever you like, but you have to keep in mind that this is no longer America. I think that dumb fuck would have kept his mouth shut if it were me standing there instead of a woman. You know how this world works. You don't speak to a man that way with our expectation of consequences. Would not be the first time I woke up in jail for slugging a guy that talked to me like that. Ya he would have gotten his ass kicked. I would have gotten a night in jail. Likely 6 months suspended sentence with a year of probation. He would have gotten what he deserves and I would have had to pay a price for giving it to him. That's ok though he wouldn't have done it again. The judge is going to love him for trying to intimidate women. Lol

What is wrong with you MAGA? There may be state laws that polling places are to be campaign free. All these laws have been upheld by SCOTUS. MAGA nuts however think the laws do not apply to them.

These poll-workers refused to allow this Trump supporter to vote because he had a camo MAGA hat on.

They've been pulling this in PA as well. People can wear all of the BLM and Kamala/Walz shirts all they want, but you cannot wear anything showing you support Trump.

Eventually one of them hit this guy because he swore at one of them.
