he was charged with a crime. 34 of them.
& not one citation in the bunch.

for donny? his sentencing is nov 18, i believe - & he could ( but won't ) get 4 years per count.

First time, nonviolent felons don't typically get jail time.
But he won't be a first time felon any longer.
