They've been pulling this in PA as well. People can wear all of the BLM and Kamala/Walz shirts all they want, but you cannot wear anything showing you support Trump.

Eventually one of them hit this guy because he swore at one of them.

I think that dumb **** would have kept his mouth shut if it were me standing there instead of a woman. You know how this world works. You don't speak to a man that way with our expectation of consequences. Would not be the first time I woke up in jail for slugging a guy that talked to me like that. No electioneering even goes higher than mere campsigning
Electioneering is almost an accosted state where the disciple physically closes in on you to present their beliefs and materials

Or you can go back and read the thread..,...,,. somebody supplied the statute that covers it, clothing isn't considered electioneering unless a candidate is wearing it.

Electioneering is yelling out support for a candidate, not wearing a MAGA hat.

The law is very similar to the Virginia law, but the VA law specifically says that voters can wear whatever they want.
