I guarantee you a “Choose Joy” hat would be no problem in a Dem enclave and most likely not in a Repub one either. That’s because we can think. But people can still wear Harris and Walz shirts? Come on just admit it the left is miserably biased in everything they do and they no longer care who knows about it.
Lol..... Actually if I was inclined to do so I think you changed my mind.Post where this is happening garbage maga fuckup.
Emotionally unstable and pathetic people are the dangerous ones in real life but luckily most hide here and spout off their afflictionsLol..... Actually if I was inclined to do so I think you changed my mind.
You're a vile little shit head aren't you? Full of hatred and constantly attacking people with a bad attitude. That kind of unhappiness reveals a tremendous amount of dissatisfaction with yourself.
I'm not sure if you're one of IM2's socks or if you're just lone failure.
An internet tough guy protected by the distance that the internet allows.....
This is the depths these people are going to. I would be mad too if this happened to me.
These poll-workers refused to allow this Trump supporter to vote because he had a camo MAGA hat on.
They've been pulling this in PA as well. People can wear all of the BLM and Kamala/Walz shirts all they want, but you cannot wear anything showing you support Trump.
Eventually one of them hit this guy because he swore at one of them.
I'm asking you to post where your assertion of people voting with Harris shirts on is happening.Lol..... Actually if I was inclined to do so I think you changed my mind.

for being idiotic jerksFor doing their jobs?
according to the post----the man was stopped from voting even afterThey did the right thing.
This kind of behavior needs to be nipped in the bud. That guy was a trouble maker.for being idiotic jerks
according to the post----the man was stopped from voting even after
removing the hat-----you consider that "right"? How about disallowing
a person from voting for wearing a cross? or a star of david? or
an islamic "kufi" or Kaffiyeh or a T-shirt with a NIKE LOGO?
Does saying out loud I’m Voting for Trump get me disqualified from voting???for being idiotic jerks

can you address the other examples I presented? Wearing a baseball cap with a LOGO---is not, IMO----"CAMPAIGNING"-----nor is wearing a cross a campaign against abortion. Long long ago---as a child--I had a star of david with some hebrew letters in it---tiny. I asked my father what the word was----and he said "TZION" (zion) HOW about that for illegal campaigning? This kind of behavior needs to be nipped in the bud. That guy was a trouble maker.
Excuse me, but it appeared to me that he didn't attack anyone with anything other than harsh words.I think that dumb **** would have kept his mouth shut if it were me standing there instead of a woman. You know how this world works. You don't speak to a man that way with our expectation of consequences. Would not be the first time I woke up in jail for slugging a guy that talked to me like that. Ya he would have gotten his ass kicked. I would have gotten a night in jail. Likely 6 months suspended sentence with a year of probation. He would have gotten what he deserves and I would have had to pay a price for giving it to him. That's ok though he wouldn't have done it again. The judge is going to love him for trying to intimidate women. Lol
Have a meltdown over it if you MUST.can you address the other examples I presented? No electioneering even goes higher than mere campsigningcan you address the other examples I presented? I did not have a meltdown over it----HOWEVER it happens that in my town there are places in which openly wearing such a necklace is actuallyHave a meltdown over it if you MUST.
That's not the issue. Stick to the subject of the threadI did not have a meltdown over it----HOWEVER it happens that in my town there are places in which openly wearing such a necklace is actually
dangerous----ie the "zion" one. Children in the area are cautioned not to
do so and don't

Your use of the word electioneering is a ruse and not what the stipulation of electioneering dictatesYou can do the faux outrage and victimhood all you want.
But itis always against the law to electioneer within a certain circumference of the polling place. That goes for hats, shirts, stickers, etc.
That’s the law pretty much everywhere for as long as I can remember. I’ve worked my share of elections.
The guy can put the hat back in the car and go in and vote.
Or you can go back and read the thread..,...,,. somebody supplied the statute that covers it, clothing isn't considered electioneering unless a candidate is wearing it.You can do the faux outrage and victimhood all you want.

Did he vote?Exactly. He took his hat off and voted. No big deal.
Didn't read what you posted did you? 500ft is the key wordsI am calling BS on that article.
The law is here, and it makes no restrictions about attire of voters...

2023 South Carolina Code of Laws :: Title 7 - Elections :: Chapter 25 - Offenses Against The Election Laws :: Section 7-25-180. Unlawful distribution of campaign literature.
Justia Free Databases of U.S. Laws, Codes & Statuteslaw.justia.com
It says you can't distribute literature or post things.
The restriction on attire only applies to candidates.
The law is very similar to the Virginia law, but the VA law specifically says that voters can wear whatever they want.
It's a fake news article intended to suppress MAGA hats.
