Well another black man got a beaten by the police. This man was driving his car and the police pulled him over and smashed the window out and beat the black man. Fortunately the black man had a camera in the car. It appears the police report fails to mention this.
Fortunately the black man had a camera inside his car and it captured it all on video. Systemic racism I am not to say. But I this is an occurrence all over the USA.
