Unfortunately for the people of NI one President worked to get Brexit which itself goes against the Good Friday Agreement while the next goes against the UK for being in this position and threatens not to follow any of its commitments re Brexit if the Good Friday Agreement is lost and there are problems in NI, something which for some reason the UK Government seems to think means standing only by the DUP the people who wanted Brexit (wrongly believing that a Brexit vote would make a United Ireland and an Independent Scotland impossible.)The US has a great deal at stake in the success of Brexit Tommy.

The Tories on line who sounded like the English far right knew perfectly well the position they were going to leave NI in re the GFA and Brexit. They did not care. Their position seemed to be that NI could leave the UK if they wanted to. If they knew the situation and they did, there is no way Boris and co did not know....and then you get the problems with Biden and really the total inability to sort this out because it cannot really be sorted out and the responsibility for that lies with the Parliamentarians who knowing this would be the situation supported Brexit.Trump was not a respecter of treaties. And it works great at screwing regular people...
