Lol. You can't call the rubble "the strongest currency in the world" when it isn't traded outside of the the Moscow Currency Exchange.

There is no price discovery- the rubble is worth what it buys in Russia, or what the Central Bank will wxchange for in gold (which is nothing), and that's all.
