Good first entered a police action area and refused to leave, then when they moved to detain or arrest her, her girlfriend told her to take off, she hit the gas, hit an officer with her auto as she fled, and shots were returned in self-defense as every cop is trained to do.

End of story. The only thing here that matters was Good's dangerous, unwarranted and threatening moves and the officer's interpretation of them that they were life threatening.

Every time you go more than 5 miles above the posted speed limit, you are breaking the law.

And usually, the cops give you a pass when you do it...

Same with immigration. If you aren't bothering anyone, the cops can't be bothered with you.

If you go one mph per the limit you are violating the law and can be pulled over. There is an area of speed that officers "may stop and may cite" usually that's five mph. Above that its must stop and may cite up to another benchmark that varies due to danger. Above that is the area that must stop and must cite. Cops can't stop every speeder so they usually pick ones who are doing something else dangerous like weaving through traffic.

LOL The State in question under the current Governor passed and initiated a law that says cops can shot even if they haven't been hit by the vehicle. Every cop IS trained to shoot when a vehicle attempts to hit them.

No one disputes that she had a 1st Amendment right to protest. Everyone has a right to protest but no one has a right to break the law. Protesting without breaking the law is allowed. Protesting while breaking the law is not.

By that dubious logic, then, Rosa Parks and MLK were criminals, as they broke Jim Crow laws (and no doubt others) fighting for civil rights.

Get real. The only reason this escalated is because Ross escalated the situation by confronting the two women. If they were breaking the law, he shouldn't have been videoing their license plate, he should have been announcing what law they broke and ordering them to stop.

You're mischaracterizing the events again. This did not happen because they chose to approach her instead of going around, this happened because she decided to flee and hit an officer with her vehicle while doing so. If she had gotten out of the vehicle the worst that would have happened is that she would have been arrested for a misdemeanor.

Bullshit, the only reason he got slightly nudged was because he walked in front of the car while the other Jackbooted Nazis were trying to pull her out of the car.

Look, "Dear," whether a suspect is shooting you with a gun or appearing to threaten your life or that of others with deadly force (which is what a moving vehicle is), 99 out of 100% of the time if the officer can return deadly force to remove the threat, he will, he did, and now Good's lezbo punk stupid ass is laying in the ground.
