Actually, it is. Remember, the street is one way. The camera pans to the right most of the time and from 0:06 to 0:24 you can see both lanes clearly and no cars are moving. That's at least eighteen seconds with no traffic moving in the one-way direction.Ok, that white car was parked. Though from 0:04 to 1:25, the camera moves in and out of the road too much to really see if there were cars coming through. This footage is not proof she wasn't waiting for traffic to clear.
Also, I mentioned in the other post that it is her blowing the horn. From 0:47 to 0:52 she's blowing a musical diddy on the horn and you can see her moving her shoulders in time with the diddy she's playing.
I don't understand why you're trying so hard to argue she was not stopped and deliberately impeding traffic because ultimately, it has no bearing on the justification of the shooting and that's what all this is about.
