Nope. the ICEstapo escalated the situation by swarming her car, when they could have just driven around her.

They're not going to drive around her if she's deliberately impeding traffic.

She knew exactly what she was doing and probably even expected the agents to approach her. Irrelevant. She was in the lane impeding traffic with her car stopped perpendicular to the direction of the flow of traffic to the point that motorists had to (easily?) drive around her. This is against the law and you know this.

Although @ 0:46 the video shows there is a white car stopped only a few feet from being directly in front of Good's van. Good is waiting for that car to get out of the way.

Also, from 0:04 to about 1:25 the camera is not always on the van but clearly shows there is no traffic moving at all in either lane.

Still, there is that white car stopped near the front of her van, and we don't know how long. The white car could have been there for the whole minute and a half.

Five seconds to back up and park where she was (assuming for a moment she was parked as you claim) to let the traffic clear. Five seconds to do something other than sit there like a goddamn idiot.

I count 3 seconds at the most, which is not enough time to determine one way or another if she was or was not waiting for traffic to clear. There were a lot of cars going by her. 5 seconds isn't nearly enough time to determine it either. In regular traffic, anyone waiting for cars to pass normally takes much more than that amount of time.

It was exactly five seconds in which her SUV and the immediate area around the SUV are in the video frame. I didn't just watch the video and keep time in my head, I monitored the video clock timer and it was five seconds: from 2:06 to 2:11.

No, there isn't. There is almost a full minute in the video where no cars at all are going down the street. There's a bunch of them waiting to go down the street but for a good while, no one was moving except for a black Jeep Cherokee who pulled out as if to go down the street in her direction but then stopped and reversed in the opposite direction.

She didn't need to wait on traffic at all - she was already IN traffic in the right lane, blocking it. That was the whole point. Are you forgetting that?

For the sake of argument, I will say, if indeed she was trying to merge with traffic in the left lane from the right lane, it was a pretty stupid and chickenshit way to go about it. Anybody else would have remained in the parking lane until it was clear enough to pull out into the right lane and then merge left instead of inconsiderately blocking the lane.

As stupid as she may have been, I don't believe she was that stupid. Also, the car horn constantly blaring is her. Are you aware of this?

Sure, the death is both sad and unfortunate, mostly because it was over so foolish and futile a thing. It was pointless no matter what "point" protesters think they made. It was all over nothing.

Worse, she practically made it an inevitability--- driving over an officer will get you shot almost every time, had she remained, she probably would have only been detained, maybe arrested for obstructing justice.
