if you are told to get out of the car bylaw enforcement but instead of getting out of said car you gun the accelerator and hit one of the officers its just an oopsy daisy and no charges will be filed eh ?
Oh Yid, why even argue the point with these moon-barkers? They keep trying to make it a matter of intention hoping to excuse her when it is all a matter of
ACTIONS. And because you can PROVE actions but you can never prove intentions. But most of all, when do intentions ever enter into a crime?
"Oh, I'm sorry ma'am--- I didn't
mean to burn your house down?" In law, it is a matter of
responsibility,
- Can you imagine, the left accepting an argument of /intentions/ as a defense to not getting the covid vaccine?
- Did they accept /intentions/ as a defense for officer Chauvin when Floyd bought the farm during his arrest?
- Then, what about J6? How many times did the Left ever accept that anyone, a single person sighted at the Capitol on J6, no matter how innocuous their time there, but later arrested and charged anyway, had good intentions, as Ashli Babbitt had good intentions, so was also not a vile insurrectionist trying to overthrow America whose skin should be hung from a flagpole? I wanna piece of this good intentions thing too and can't wait for the next time the Left excuse anything that Trump, MAGA or any republican does as at least being with good /intentions/.
>>> When behind the wheel of a car, YOU bear responsibility for the operation of it, the Good woman had been following and harassing ICE all day long giving every impression of being a hostile threat. Vehicular attacks on ICE are up like 3000% and this very officer just a few months ago had been caught by a fleeing illegal and dragged by his car 150 feet requiring 32 stitches.
The officer had just cut around right in front of the car to give assistance to the other officer at her door in plain sight of Good, but instead Good hit her gas, spun out a bit on the slick road (caught on the video) and
drove into the officer in question injuring him and almost running him over. DOES NOT MATTER...
- What she intended,
- What angle her steering was pointed at what time,
- Her speed,
- The angle of the Moon during mean libration,
She drove into an officer hitting him, even injuring him, worse, she did it trying to flee a police operation while they were attempting to place her under arrest--- that becomes
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON using her car as a weapon against the officer, and his fears and concerns for his own life at that instant, while her Honey right there in the street yelled: "Hit it, Honey, Hit it!". The ***** got what she deserved, and boy, howdy, she sure went out of her way and begged for it, too. End of story.
