Consider it done.

See ya.

I also agree with the shooting of Michael Brown.

I was using that example to show that they don't need to have a lethal weapon in order for the shooting to be justified. Babbitt didn't have a lethal weapon. Micheal Brown didn't have a lethal weapon. But the danger was still there in both situations.
agreeing or disagreeing isnt the issue,,

the issue is should law enforcement or anyone wait until after theyre dead to respond to a deadly threat,,

thats the issue here and with mike brown,,

So, by that reasoning, Byrd shooting Babbitt was absolutely justified.

Byrd shouldn’t wait for the violent mob to come attack him. Likewise Wilson shouldn’t wait for Michael Brown to attack him. Both shootings justified.

Whether they have a lethal weapon or not is irrelevant. There was intent to cause physical violence and they shouldn’t just sit there and wait to receive it.

she posed no immediate threat to him or anyone else,,

that argument only works is he was shooting at everyone and not singling out one person,,
so yes he has to wait until there is a clear and present danger to his or someone elses life,,

both brown and good weree in direct contact and posed an immediate threat

So Byrd is just supposed to wait until he gets assaulted by the violent mob?

The Jan 6 officers who were assaulted aren’t supposed to defend themselves?

Just sit there and take it?

Tell that to Wilson shooting Michael Brown. He didn’t just wait to get assaulted. He shot him, and rightfully so.

yes,,unlesss youre arguing that it should be legal to shoot into a group of rioters youre argument lacks rational thought,,

both brown and good were in direct contact putting LE in clear and present danger to their lives and others,,

byrd shot through a window at a rioter,,

They didn’t need to fire on the entire group of rioters. They took out the first one trying to get through the window and the rest of them stopped advancing.

Works for me.

If you want Wilson and the Capital police to just sit there and wait to get assaulted, well that really doesn’t make sense to me. Looks like they defended themselves to me. Justified shootings.

well if you think its OK to just shoot a rioter that posed no immediate threat, then why are you upset by shooting a person thats in the process of threating the life of a LE officer??

They were actually being assaulted. Intentionally.

Why is it ok to shoot Michael Brown but not a Jan 6 rioter? Explain that to me.

Why is it ok for Wilson to defend himself but Capital police are expected to stand there and wait to be assaulted?

So it's true?
Yea it's true. I was right next door at a friend's house when it happened. She came over to his house when I was smoking a cigar, and she ask if I would like to put my cigar out on one of her kid's. I said sure I didn't have nothing else to do So I gave her one of my cigars and we went to her house and spent the next hour and a half putting scars on her kids' arms and gentiles. But I didn't see child protection service. They must have come after I left. But thanks for telling me I just came home to grab a couple more cigars then I was going back over there. You saved me a trip. I guess I'll have to burn the cat now.

The Jan 6 rioters were actually assaulting police as well. Intentionally.

Why is it ok for Wilson to defend himself but Capital police are expected to stand there and wait to be assaulted?

If they need to in order to protect our elected officials, fine with me.
