Joey, you couldn't be further from the truth here. She defied lawful orders, officers (3) approached her sitting in the vehicle, to remove and arrest her. She put the vehicle in gear, backed up, turned, while (3) officers attempted to remove her, and as she heard her lesbian lover yelling 'drive baby drive', lurched forward, turning directly into officer Ross.

Her lesbian lover acknowledged it was her fault for putting Good into the situation......even exclaiming surprise at the fact that ICE was using 'real bullet's'.

What an idiot.....set her lover up and got her killed.

Tell ICE to get out of Minneapolis; no one wants them there.

They only reason ICE is there is to pickup criminals who have been convicted and/ or charged and released/ sheltered into the community by the touchy feely sanctuary city shitheads.

Here is a guide to understanding what happened in the shooting. All 5 of the relevant videos released so far. 4 from bystanders, one from the cell phone of the agent.

The democrats at the NYT are editing the video to hide the facts.

Here is the best order to watch those videos

1) the video from the security camera from across the street, it clearly shows her changing the position of the car and putting the agent in front of her. You see he is at the left side corner, not the front, when she backs up.

2) the drivers side door video, you can now see that when she backs up, she places the driver in front of the SUV. If you don’t watch the video from the security camera first, this video is less clear. Also, you see her accelerate forward, and you see he doesn’t draw his weapon until she starts forward. You also see that from where he is at, all he sees is her coming right at him.

3) The video taken from down the street clearly shows she hit him, and that he is standing on ice, which saves his life.

4) The video from the agents cell phone. You see that regardless of anything else, she was looking straight forward when she accelerated. She knew he was in front of her. In my opinion, she thought she could steer around him and get away. The adrenaline that flooded her system when she decide to flee the scene screwed up her vision……Look up the effects of adrenaline on the body to understand this…,,,so she hit him.

5) the video from across the street before the shooting that shows she sat there for over 3 minutes blocking the lane.

The NYT is tryng to hide what actually happened with the edited video.

Wasn't much of a "strike". The officer is fine. His life was never in danger. If this incident is the extent of how dangerous she is, then that's not much. If she had lived through this incident, throw her in jail for however many months/years that felony goes for. When she's back in society, I wouldn't consider her dangerous. At worst, assuming she doesn't learn her lesson, she continues to agitate police.

Your argument is based on what actually happened but as they say, hindsight is 20/20. There is also what conceivably could have happened. That is why I say she was dangerous.
That the strike on the officer was a glancing blow was due strictly to luck and circumstances, not necessarily because of any restraint or clear thinking on her part. It could have turned out with a dead officer or pedestrian instead of the other way around.

But we don't know and we can't know and that's the clincher: the unknown. The unknown is the prime mover of choices and actions in situations like this, especially when things are happening as fast as they did.
Did the officer know it would only be a glancing blow? No. Did he know she would or would not accidently strike someone else in her haste to escape? No. For that matter, did she know the officer would fire or how they would react? No. For that reason she should have put the van in park and got out of the vehicle as ordered. Instead, she chose to escalate things further by attempting to escape and evading arrest.

Who committed the action that necessitated a reaction? She did.

But an incompetent, trigger-happy cop? That's dangerous. He killed someone that really didn't need to be killed. Feared that she was coming right at him and shot her through the SIDE window. I wouldn't be comfortable with a guy like that patrolling my neighborhood. No thank you.

You might have a point but I will say two things:

1.) She was coming right at him. That's how he got struck. It doesn't even matter if he didn't fire his weapon; he would have been hit in any case.

2.) If he had shot her through the windshield, people would still be outraged and you would likely still be assessing his actions as unprofessional. Outrage is what placed her there in the first place so for the officers, no matter how this turned out, it was a lose-lose situation.

I'm very big on personal accountability for choices and that's why I have no sympathy for this woman. She made her choice and suffered the consequences just as illegal immigrants made their choice to come here illegally and are suffering the consequences of that which outraged her in the first place.
