The ice gunman was not in front of that SUV when he shot the woman he was stood at the side so was not in danger of being run over, it's just one more murder cover up, seems to be very common in the US.

He was actually struck by her car. You can see that from both vantage points.

If you watch the video....dumb ass.....he fired those shots rapidly, as he was hit and pushed by the car.......he believed he was under attack by the woman in the car so he fired to defend himself in the nano second she gave him to react...

This is also an example of how people think slow motion photography or video somehow applies to real-life conditions and split-second decisions. Not to mention that what anyone can see from any number of angles, is not what the officer can see from where they are.

There are a lot of folks that I believe have some very unrealistic expectations due primarily to an emotional response in regard to the very tragic event.

Exactly.....from the CNN video from the house security camera, the agent was holding his phone and was on the side of the car....all he saw was her backing up and lining up on him, then gunning the engine....he had a nano second to react to what he saw...he didn't draw his weapon until she gunned the engine and began moving toward him.....

If the federal agent had wanted to defend himself, he wouldn't have stood still for 2 seconds while pulling his gun and shooting. He would have immediately moved out of the way when he noticed the car moving forward and would have been well out of the way and not been hit at all. He didn't move when the car started forward so he could shoot her. It's like when a car is coming your way, the first thing you do is make the sign of the cross and pray instead of just immediately getting out of the way.
