Breaking: Woman shot while trying to kill ICE agents in Minnesota

It was 9:30 in the morning and she arrive on scene 4 minutes earlier after dropping off her kid. Where is this harassment? Show us a video. Also, even if she was an observer making sure they werent breaking laws it doesnt require a death sentence. You are lost man if you think that was a good shoot.

From the new video I saw on CNN....when she backed up, she put the agent between her headlights.......you can see it from the new angle...

New footage of the shooting from CNN is from a house across the street, their security camera. The agent did not stand in front of the car. He was on the passenger side of the car, then she backed up and by backing up, she lined up the drivers side corner of the car on the agent, putting him between her headlights......

He has his phone in his hand when it is obvious that she guns the car and accelerates toward him......only then does he draw his weapon and fire the shots........I am amazed that CNN showed this video........

You're not sure what point YOU are trying to make,

The woman was following them and agitating. This has been established by eyewitness accounts and her spouse, which are already posted here, and the fact she is a member of the "Watch ICE" group that follows them around and records and harasses them. She purposely parked her car perpendicular in the road. This has been a common tactic by these people who follow ICE around.

Again, these are the facts that have come out, but you guys never wait for that. The moment you all heard this incident happened you all immediately jumped to murder. You all made up your minds before you even saw or read the evidence and now you're doing mental gymnastics to manipulate every video and other piece of evidence out there to stick to your narrative.
Even the governor and mayor had their agenda to help whip up the frenzy.
Of course they needed to spin a yarn to get to their mantra. AND, to deflect away
from all the fraud and abuse with the day care debacle.

She gunned the engine....the only reason she didn't move faster is her wheels slipped on the ice......he heard the engine revving up.........he had a nano second to decide what to do.....
That nano second included two shots to the back of the head through the side window as she was driving away. MURDER.

The agent did not stand in front of the car, as some have claimed........he was on the left side of the car and then she backed up, which put the agent between her headlights......the only thing in his hand at the time is his cell phone. As soon as she gets the car backed up, she guns the engine and starts to accelerate, she likely didn't realize the agent was now in front of her car......only then, when he heard and saw her gun the engine and accelerate did he draw his weapon and fire at her.....then she hits him with her car

All 3 shots are justified given the amount of time involved and the fact that he was firing as she hit him....

The new video from the home security camera across the street shows this new information...

This is also an example of how people think slow motion photography or video somehow applies to real-life conditions and split-second decisions. Not to mention that what anyone can see from any number of angles, is not what the officer can see from where they are.

Reality also doesn't have a rewind button with a bunch of Monday Morning Quarterbacking options.
There are a lot of folks that I believe have some very unrealistic expectations due primarily to an emotional response in regard to the very tragic event.

The stupid leftards CAUSED this.

They put LEO's in fear of their lives every time they try to do their jobs.
And at the Capitol on Jan6 stupid rioters put Capitol Police in fear for their lives. They caused that.

Why wouldn't Capitol Police who had been struck with a flagpole or bear maced not been justified in using deadly force? How many times do you get to hit a police officer before he's allowed to reasonably be in fear of his life? I think the answer is 1, especially during a riot.

LARP - it's not just a leftist thing.

January 6th has not an f-ing thing to do with this topic!

Why did he shoot her in the back of the head twice after she drove by him?

I agree with libs on just one basic fact

Which is that she was not trying to run over the ICE agent
We'll never know. Regardless, her intent is irrelevant to justification for the shooting.

I watched something interesting today.

I saw an argument that stated that possibly the first shot could be defended BUT not the second and third. That he was clearly in no harm.

What was interesting was this morning Adam-12 was on television and it was an episode where Jim shot and killed a man that was a threat to them.

The show was concerning how each and every shot had to be justified.

He wasn't trying to wound her, and when you are neutralizing what you perceive to be a threat to yourself and others, death usually gets the job done. Of course, then again I have actually had small arms training.

Edit:
Here's a hint for those who might be a bit slow on the uptake.
Never draw a firearm on anyone you are not prepared to kill, because like vehicles, they are deadly and not toys.
