If the federal agent had wanted to defend himself, he wouldn't have stood still for 2 seconds while pulling his gun and shooting. He would have immediately moved out of the way when he noticed the car moving forward and would have been well out of the way and not been hit at all. He didn't move when the car started forward so he could shoot her. It's like when a car is coming your way, the first thing you do is make the sign of the cross and pray instead of just immediately getting out of the way.

Did you see the video from CNN....He wasn't in front of the vehicle.....she backed up and immediately gunned the engine to go forward....and by backing up she put him in front of her vehicle, you dumb ass.....he didn't have time to move because it happened so fast....he didn't draw his weapon until she gunned the engine and started forward........he had a nano second to react....

The one angle shows she actually hit that agent with her SUV and pushed him.....the new camera angle from the house across the street shows that the agent was did not position himself in front of her vehicle.....she backed up, and by doing that, put him in front of her car.......and he didn't draw his weapon until she started forward at him.......

The two videos....the one from across the street security camera, and the angle that showed her actually hitting the agent show this was legal self defense.....
