It all happened very quickly - she was shot within 4 minute of arriving.

Look. I think its established that the best thing officers could have done is not over react and the best thing she could have done is stayed calm during the situation. The only thing that made me think about it (often in this thread), is that I cannot see where if my spouse had just been shot and killed by law enforcement, setting up a GoFundMe page would be anything I would be considering very shortly thereafter.
