ICE's own guidelines are you don't fire at a moving vehicle and you don't walk out in front of a vehicle. This officer did both.

And none of it was justified, given this woman wasn't breaking any laws when she was MURDERED.

She accelerated toward the ICE officer after being ordered to exit her vehicle.
The fact that he was hit by her car and injured disproves your lies.
If she slowly pulled out to not hurt the officer you might have a point, but she floored it.
