Trump was certainly in Florida, and it's been established that Fuchs was in Florida. Fuchs facilitated the call, so she certainly was aware that it was being recorded. President Trump had no idea that it was being recorded. In Florida, both parties must consent to the recording of a conversation.

It's perfectly legal to record your phone calls in Georgia. Damn, you trumpies are stupid.

In the United States, one party consent laws regarding recording conversations vary from state to state. One party consent laws mean that only one person involved in a conversation needs to give consent for the recording to be legal.

Several states have adopted one party consent laws. The one party consent states include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

You just blew your case out of the water. Florida is not one of those states. Therefore both subjects within the state of Florida conversering by telephone were illegally recorded. The recording cannot be used legally within the State of Georgia.
It doesn't take a genius to deduce the fact.

LOL There has never been an indication that Trump was in Florida when this call was made. He could very well have been in the WH. So, that has to be proven first.

Second, Raffensperger was obviously in Georgia. And he is on record stating that he recorded the call.

So...brrrrr... FAIL!

Gad, you retards really suck at this. Do you think that somehow this taping of the call from Florida was done in secret? LOL

Jordan Fuchs is reportedly the one who taped the call, and he was in Florida at the time, which can be corroborated by his social media posts.

This should send Brad Raffensperger up the river.

He illegally recorded the call.

He lied in his notes as to what Trump said.

He deleted the illegally recorded call. However, he left it in his trash bin and it was recovered.

He is the China connection and reason for the Dominion voting machines.

If this is true, its a case destroyer. Ever heard of the "fruit of the poisonous tree" legal doctrine? It means that all evidence found AFTER the initial illegal act is automatically considered by the court to be poisoned, even if that evidence is 100% true and damning for the defendant. If you illegally obtain a warrant, all the evidence gathered after that is unusable. The entire case goes up in flames.

Why not? What do Florida laws have to do with a Georgia case?

We heard allof this right when it happened (on the right sites) but the filthy MSM censored th information and the illegitimate Deep State DOinjustice would do nothing.

GA did not do SIG review on 100s’ of thousands mail ballots and the Ratt knows that. The “equipment wasn’t working” BS. Translation…..they dumped them in late. //

Tard noggin
I can’t be charged in Georgia or By Georgia for pot I smoked in Maryland

While there were rumors about a possible lawsuit against Raffensperger for recording the conversation without Trump's consent, the telephone call recording laws for both locations where this conversation was held, namely the state of Georgia and District of Columbia, only require "one-party consent", meaning any participant of a phone call can legally record it without another party's consent.[56][57][58] As the conversation was hastily arranged, Raffensperger said that the parties did not establish any non-disclosure agreement before or during the phone call.
