I haven't seen a removal order. If so when was it issued? By who? Was the deportation hold removed?

The link from below is from is immigration hearing. The asylum request was denied, however the Judge put deportatgion on hold (para II).

Now the Trump Administration COULD have deported in him in 2019, they just needed to find a 3rd party country willing to take him, then go back and get the deportation hold removed.
