Mail is perfectly fine to file our taxes or collect census information. Has been done that way for decades.

Because NOBODY can say with a straight face that it is secure as in-person voting. I don’t think people are chomping at the bit to file somebody else’s taxes nor fake a census count, though I wouldn’t put it past Democrats to attempt a fraudulent census to gain more representation in certain areas.

Actually, only about 70% of people return their census forms, which is why the Census bureau has to send out enumerators (a job I did in 2000 and 2010).

Voter turnout in Presidential years is between 59 and 66%. So most people aren't voting.

Tax compliance is the only one that has a high rate, because you can go to jail for not doing it.

If mail is good enough for Census and Taxes, it's good enough for voting.
