Over 70% of the Colorado ballots were mail-ins. For 2018 and 2020, only 2 fraud votes were found and both were done by Republicans. Colorado has pre ballot audits, ballot audits during the elections and post ballot audits after the election. Most states do not have that number of audits. Yet I hear crap like this and wonder just how insane these people really are.

They should make mail in ballots only be sent out to people who verify and register in person or via phone each election in a 30 day window the month before an election.

Then after the election closes all mail in ballots be counted and close out mail in ballot counting before they start in person counting ballots. No more "oh well found 10,000 more mail in ballots that fell behind the couch".

Well, we are talking about no-excuse mail-in ballots and are now finding they do allow illegal vote harvesting.

So, getting back to the subject, seems to me only the dishonest, ignorant and tyrants would assert the adoption of specific restrictions on no-excuse mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania's written constitution, are meaningless.


The irrefutable fact is the people of Pennsylvania specifically put those restriction into their Constitution under ABSENTEE VOTING to intentionally limit the use of such ballots. And that is why the judge in overturning no-excuse mail-in ballots wrote the following:

“No-excuse mail-in voting makes the exercise of the franchise more convenient and has been used four times in the history of Pennsylvania. Approximately 1.38 million voters have expressed their interest in voting by mail permanently. If presented to the people, a constitutional amendment to end the Article VII, Section 1 requirement of in-person voting is likely to be adopted. But a constitutional amendment must be presented to the people and adopted into our fundamental law before legislation authorizing no-excuse mail-in voting can “be placed upon our statute books.” Lancaster City, 126 A. at 201. For these reasons, we grant summary relief to McLinko and declare that Act 77 violates Article VII, Section 1 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, PA. CONST. art. VII, §1. We deny the Acting Secretary’s application for summary relief on the procedural and substantive grounds proffered therein.”

Seems quite clear from all the outrage by a small but boisterous crowd over the court finding no-excuse ballots un-constitutional confirms, there are some very dangerous people among us who embrace the idea that folks in government ought to be free to do for the people what the people have not willingly and knowingly done for themselves by their written constitution.

Why have a written constitution approved by the people if those who it is designed to limit and control, are free to make it mean whatever they wish it to mean?

It's more important to do a good registration. Registered voters should have to identify themselves with things like Birth Certificates, Drivers License or SSN. Not a hunting license, that's stupid. One of the main real problems Texas has is that it purged it's database a little too hard. Even though a citizen can provide the proper numbers, there is a degree of failure because the registration is no longer valid. Then it means a trip to dregistrars office. And that isn't foolproof either. One of the things we are finding in Colorado is, they are finding that some of the Republican County Registrars are doing things like unauthorized purges, allowing people that are NOT authorized to access the voting records and a few more things. This is the Tina Peters Affect. And it's something that needs to be addressed.

If the signature is correct, the id number is correct and that "Person" is on file then does it really matter who dropped it off at the ballot box? One more simple thing, make sure that there is a limit to the number of ballots that any one person can drop off.

Right now, the ones to watch in this Republican Area is the Republicans themselves.
