In the Post Doha Afghanistan, the Taliban never complied but, Trump further reduced our troop strength from 8600 to 2500. Half the number needed to secure Bagram. After being stabbed in the back by Benedict Donald it's no wonder our one time allies in Afghanistan just gave up and melted away.......
