The fact that this heroic garage worker saw a man looking into cars, a black man with a huge rap sheet a huge criminal history and went up to him and said hey “what are you doing here you got to leave” then the black man shot The garage worker…. Who is also black and an immigrant… The garage workers name is Moussa Diarra… after the shooting Diarra woke up in a hospital bed chained to the bed with handcuffs.

This is a sick disgrace to America it’s something that far left Americans including those on the US message board simply do not care at all about. They just keep on posting pictures of Donald Trump and Marjorie Green, keep on claiming that America is “systemically racist.”

Dropping the murder charges against him was done purely for optics. Now that Trump is under indictment, the smelly grub worm Alvin Bragg doesn't want anyone to think he's soft on crime.

Um, it was the NYPD who charged the guy, but Alvin Bragg decided not to press charges upon further investigation.

Despite the initial charges filed by the NYPD, Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg’s office is not prosecuting the garage attendant in the bloody Saturday morning clash, pending further investigation, a spokesperson said.

Diarra’s lawyer, Charles Clayman, described him as a victim and hero and praised the DA’s office for its handling of the case.

“Someone was illegally in the garage. He got him to leave, the guy pulled a gun and a fight ensued,” Clayman said. “Moussa tried to protect himself and anybody else that was around.”

“The DA’s office did a great job. They investigated it. We also did a deep dive into it, and it was clear that Moussa was really a victim, lucky to be alive and a hero,” he said. “They have declined to prosecute, for good reason.”

Clayman said that Diarra was handcuffed to his hospital bed but underwent surgery and is recovering. “He’s lucky to be alive and I think he’s gonna be fine,” Clayman said.

After a subsequent investigation, the DA's office determined that the garage worker had wrestled the gun out of the crook's hand and determined it was self defense.
