Well, if he has given permission, then the FBI should be able to clear this up by Wednesday or so. If it's nothing more than duplicate emails that the FBI has already looked at, there is nothing to see.

If there are classified emails on his computer, the FBI would do well to get that information out as quickly as possible as well.

However.................if there are no new emails and the FBI comes out and says such, it will be a huge bump for Hillary, because then she can claim that they tried to rig the system against HER.

Anthony Weiner is cooperating with feds investigating his sexting scandal — turning over his laptop to the FBI — even as Hillary Clinton has not bothered to ask her top aide, Huma Abedin, what’s on the device she shared with her estranged husband.



The laptop that Weiner may have used for communicating with a 15-year-old North Carolina girl also had emails of Abedin’s that are relevant to the Clinton email investigation.



Fox News’ Bret Baier reported Sunday that Weiner had given that laptop to the FBI — and that therefore a warrant may not be necessary to search the device.

Mook, citing a report that a warrant had not been obtained by the FBI to examine Abedin’s emails, claimed that it’s possible nobody has looked at the emails on the laptop.



But this new report — that Weiner is cooperating and that a warrant may not be necessary — sheds new light on the ongoing scandal with Weiner, Clinton and Abedin.
