Trying to measure all the possible replies is like trying to wonder if Donald John Trump is ever on message(?)! Anyone sees the current inability to create a coherent, nationwide police.

About 80 miles south of Portland, OR: Eugene-Springfield Police have been de-funded for 30 years. 2% of budget handles 17% of calls, keeping police out of sight while the parent fight it out, even in front of the children. Eugene-Springfield PD is not in the line of fire.
