Amazing how Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Utah and Washington have been using mail-in voting for years. It seems odd to me that just anyone can handle these mail in ballots and guaranteed their proper delivery. When ballots were done by machines, the tallies were taken to the proper place by those who were taken be law enforcement going with the poll managers, weren't they?
