Black man claims group of assailants threatened to "get a noose"

Your side in this countries politics, has created black hating people. And the number is growing, and honestly I can't fault them. You go see people screaming and chanting and smashing businesses, and saying defund the police.... and then act shocked as more examples like you list increase? Really?
I dont' have a side and for you to claim that a particular side is "creating" "black-hating people" means you're 1) delusion, 2) ignorant of your own history or 3) brainwashed. The black-hating people as you call them which we know as white racists have been here from the very beginning. From all appearances, God made them that way or they are mutants.

Your people wrote the following back in the 1800s. Now tell me again that black-hating people are being created when it's evident that white racists have been hating black people for centuries:

A declaration of the causes which impel the State of Texas to secede from the Federal Union

"[snipped]
...Texas abandoned her separate national existence and consented to become one of the Confederated States to promote her welfare, insure domestic tranquility [sic] and secure more substantially the blessings of peace and liberty to her people. She was received into the confederacy with her own constitution, under the guarantee of the federal constitution and the compact of annexation, that she should enjoy these blessings. She was received as a commonwealth holding, maintaining and protecting the institution known as negro slavery--the servitude of the African to the white race within her limits--a relation that had existed from the first settlement of her wilderness by the white race, and which her people intended should exist in all future time. [snipped]

In all the non-slave-holding States, in violation of that good faith and comity which should exist between entirely distinct nations, the people have formed themselves into a great sectional party, now strong enough in numbers to control the affairs of each of those States, based upon the unnatural feeling of hostility to these Southern States and their beneficent and patriarchal system of African slavery, proclaiming the debasing doctrine of the equality of all men, irrespective of race or color--a doctrine at war with nature, in opposition to the experience of mankind, and in violation of the plainest revelations of the Divine Law. [snipped]

We hold as undeniable truths that the governments of the various States, and of the confederacy itself, were established exclusively by the white race, for themselves and their posterity; that the African race had no agency in their establishment; that they were rightfully held and regarded as an inferior and dependent race, and in that condition only could their existence in this country be rendered beneficial or tolerable.

That in this free government all white men are and of right ought to be entitled to equal civil and political rights; that the servitude of the African race, as existing in these States, is mutually beneficial to both bond and free, and is abundantly authorized and justified by the experience of mankind, and the revealed will of the Almighty Creator, as recognized by all Christian nations; while the destruction of the existing relations between the two races, as advocated by our sectional enemies, would bring inevitable calamities upon both and desolation upon the fifteen slave-holding States. "

Nothing you posted has anything to do with my claim, nor contradicts it.

The left-wing is creating black hating people. None of anything else you posted contradicts that.

Let us say that prior to 2020, that I was a black hating person. Did you create me? No.

But let us say that after 2020, where a group of protesters attack and break the bones of a business owner, in the name of Black Lives Matter... who was only trying to defend his own property....

What do you think that man thinks about Black people today?
What do you think his family thinks of Black people today?
What do you think many people who have seen this mangled and beaten man who was only trying to defend the business he's poured his life into, think of black people?

Look on this forum. Read the comments. Your side... the "anti-racists" side... had directly created black hating people.

I'm not suggesting that racism didn't exist until 2020. Of course it did. As long as there are two groups of people anywhere in the world, racism will always exist. Hutus and Tutsi killed each other, and they were both blacks, just a different group of people in a black country.

Doesn't matter. In 2007, before Obama was elected, racial tensions were the lowest in 50 some years. By Obama's second term, we had blacks targeting and killing police.

The left-wing race-baiting side, the side that you are effectively representing here whether you admit it or not.... has directly created racists people. Has created Black hating people.

That's not opinion. That is statistical fact.
I'm not representing any political party or ideology. But for some reason the white racists on this site seem to think that I should be more fair in what I post and give them more of a platform. WHY would I do that, when I am one of the people they constantly denigrate and refer to utilizing the most vulgar and debasing terms? What is wrong with you all that you think that you deserve anything other than what you're seeing now - all you're saying in your fancy terminology is that more white racists are being created in direct backlash to all of the things they have always hated - seeing black people not knowing "our place", speaking back to them,, not deferring to them, speaking up for ourselves, refusing to do or behave how they think we should. But it seems to particularly you all when we are seen making social/economical progress, advancing in education and our careers, excelling in the workplace, gaining recognition, breaking barriers, etc. That's what pissing them off.

Nobody is creating them, they're just letting their inner racist shine - coming on out of the closest, that's all that is happening.
You are just wrong.

And that argument is just plain stupid too. You are telling me, that if you met me randomly, that you hated me just from the start? Without any reason?

I doubt that. I think you, like most people only tend to have hatred for people, when they give you cause.

Well.... screaming at people that they are racists non-stop for years on end, would be a reason people might hate them back.

If you deny that, you are crazy.

I can remember exactly when I changed my views on race, and when I knew Trump would win. It was 2012.

Now I didn't know it would be Trump specifically, but I remember specifically in 2012, I would have conversations that went like "I disagree with Obama on (insert anything) raising the minimum wage" And people would respond back "That's because you are racist!".

Had that happen a dozen times. Completely innocent disagreements on policy, and it would end with "Well you are just racists against Obama!".

And I remember thinking... I don't think I give a crap about racism anymore. And then I realized if I feel this way, I but millions of people do. And very specifically I had the thought, this is going to come right back around on these people, because we're going to end up supporting someone who will just smack them around and mock them. Sure enough Trump came on the map, and every single time they accused him of racism and such, his poll numbers went up.

I was dead on right.

We longer care about your cries of racism. You don't matter to us, because you have screamed and yelled about racism so much...... we just don't care. You can stuff it.

And if it makes you feel better to pretend that accusing good decent people of being racism endlessly for years, that no no... you being scum to those around you didn't cause them to hate you... it was just some mythical "letting out their inner racism"... whatever jerk off. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself.
She is the racist here. She constantly accuses white people of being racist but is completely blind to her own.
Her brain is broken.
Surely you're not suggesting that your brain is superior to mine?
Of course it is, I'm not obsessed with imaginary shit like "systemic racism", for one thing.
Don't you all EVER get tired of being wrong? I just posted this earlier tonight. It is not MY opinion, it's a Supreme Court decision (see text highlighted in red below).

"Supreme Court: Institutional Racism Is Real

Disparate Impact

In extending ‘disparate impact’ reasoning to housing cases, the court acknowledges that discrimination comes from more than just individual bad actors.

June 25 will be remembered as a crucial day for civil rights—not because of the Obamacare decision, and not because of the not-yet-announced marriage decision. It’s because on Thursday the Supreme Court saved a crucial part of civil rights law.
You’d be forgiven for not knowing much about it. The principle, after all, is an obscure-sounding bit of legalese: “disparate impact.” But those words divided the court 5-4 on ideological lines, with Justice Kennedy writing to preserve, but restrict, the doctrine.

Here’s why it matters.

Most cases of discrimination—whether against women, African Americans, LGBT people, or other protected groups—are rarely as clear as they are in the movies. In media portrayals, discrimination is about evil individuals who fire someone because of who they are. But in real life, there’s rarely a smoking gun.

First, racists are usually not dumb enough to leave records of their prejudice. They find some other reason to fire the employee, or keep the family out of the neighborhood.

Second, and more importantly, discrimination is often systemic and structural, not individual. Often, not only is there no smoking gun, but there’s often no individual “bad actor.” Even neutral requirements—a high-school diploma for employment, a family-size limit for housing—can have huge de facto discriminatory effects, which may or may not be intentional.

That’s where “disparate impact” comes in. Under some civil rights laws, plaintiffs can prevail even without evidence of a specific discriminatory intention if they can show a disparate impact on the affected group."
Yep, imaginary.....
I never would have suspected that you and Porter Rockwell have so much in common in spite of the fact that I invited you both to participate in the debate we held.

Neither of you accepts the Supreme Court of the United States as being the ultimate law of the land. Porter Rockwell doesn't accept the U.S. Constitution, at least not the 14th amendment and I'm pretty sure not the 13th either, so where does that leave you? A lone wolf?

What are you going to do, when your brand of racism becomes not just actionable but unlawful? This is directed towards all of the proud self-proclaimed white racists on this board.
I'm going to do what I've done my entire life...... I'm going to just keep living my life and if anyone wants to change that, I'll leave them where they fall.
And what if the laws change?
I'm curious, what sort of changes are you imagining?

What are you going to do, when your brand of racism becomes not just actionable but unlawful? This is directed towards all of the proud self-proclaimed white racists on this board.
yours is the fiercest kind of racism.
All of a sudden, all of you sound like scared little boys.

I am not a racist but I know why you all are behaving the way you are.
Yeah lady, you really are.....

And I can't help but think you'd be a much more interesting and engaging person to converse with if you weren't.

But you can't hardly get through a paragraph without accusing all white people of being racist. (SMH)

They truly enjoy saying that. My ticker says the more they do say it, the stronger the fact is they are what they yell

Really? Well they can't tell me who I've denigrated, perhaps you can? And just for the record I consider the phrase"denigrating racists" as an oxymoron.
that's simple, you don't care about all black deaths. we do.
Well, I really don't....
The only ones I give a damn about are either related to me, or a few people at work I like.

Everyone else is kinda "not my people, not my problem".

Oh yeah, fry that ass.... but I'm not going to pretend it's something I lose sleep over.

I can only care about so many people in the world and my plate's already full.

If everyone just concentrated on taking care of their own, there would be less of this.

And these shit starters wouldn't be using it as an excuse to advance their agenda.

Exactly

I'm running out of different ways to make the introductions for these stories
A Black man says a group of White men assaulted him and threatened to "get a noose" after claiming he and his friends had trespassed on private property as they gathered at an Indiana lake over the Fourth of July weekend to watch the lunar eclipse. The incident prompted dozens of people to protest in front of the Bloomington, Indiana courthouse Monday.
CBS Indianapolis affiliate WTTV reports a red car hit two demonstrators at the peaceful protest. The protesters were demanding that charges be filed in the lake incident.
Organizers told the station the two wound up on the car's hood, then went flying off when the driver hit the accelerator and turned. The organizers said a female was taken to the hospital. Her condition was unknown.
Vauhxx Booker, a local civil rights activist and member of the Monroe County Human Rights Commission, posted cellphone video on Facebook he says shows part of the altercation at the lake.
He said he called 911 Saturday after the men assaulted him and pinned him to a tree at Lake Monroe, south of Booker's hometown of Bloomington.
Law enforcement officers with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources responded and are investigating, said Capt. Jet Quillen. A final report will be forwarded to the Monroe County Prosecutor's Office, Quillen continued, providing no other details about what happened or whether any arrests have been made.

You're going have to do better than that. You haven't presented anything that shows me to be a racist, however I have data on your buddy from a different site that shows his true colors even if he were to try to deny it.
that's not my job. I know you don't care about actual black lives. that's all I need to know. Everyone else is watching you deny the lives of black little girls shot by other blacks. we get it, you just find them inferior to you, you must stand up for them because you feel they can't. I know, I know, the facts are on my side.
Don't feel tooo awfully bad. Those black little girls would grow up to be loud, fat, black mamas who go around tearing up the local McDonalds because they ran out of nuggets.

facts are on our side.

Let us know when you really care about black lives.
Surely you jest. You weren't caring about black lives when you and Jitss were denigrating Ahmaud Arbery and painting him as a criminal and violent thug who deserved to be shot and killed by "the kid" (Travis McMichaels) who is at least a decade older than him and is alleged to have called him a "f_____g n____r" after he shot him. Actually there is a whole page of your foul comments, this is just one of them
View attachment 361681

I still agree with that. He attacked a guy with a gun, and got shot. Don't do that. That makes you a Darwin Award winner.

If a guy comes at me and says they want to talk, and he has a gun, I would never think "Hey I should attack that guy with the gun".

congress makes our laws. go for it, try and change them.
Some have already been changed, others are currently bills, and some how not yet been written but Congress is definitely not the only means by which laws are created.
facts still on my side.
You're going have to do better than that. You haven't presented anything that shows me to be a racist, however I have data on your buddy from a different site that shows his true colors even if he were to try to deny it.

We don't care if you think we're racist. None of us do.

Deny it all you want, I'm not the one who has to denigrate other people who haven't harmed me in order to make myself feel better.
Actually... It looks like you are doing EXACTLY that. o.0
Really? Well they can't tell me who I've denigrated, perhaps you can? And just for the record I consider the phrase"denigrating racists" as an oxymoron.
Them. The people you are talking to.
Oh I see your confusion.

A person who denigrates and says the things about black people that the white racists on this site do, is by definition a racist.
Most of them appear to be "loud & proud" racists in that they constantly say things that are derogatory, imflammatory, vulgar, and generally unacceptable in mixed/polite company by they also visibly bristle if you refer to them as racist.

Since I am African American and even though their slights and comments do not apply to me specifically, it is still an affront nonetheless to people of African descent to be subjected to this type of racist ignorance. IF all they were capable of doing is being nasty on an internet message board, they could be easily ignored however there are at least 3 of the white racists here who claim to be attorneys, one claims to be a defense attorney, there are others who make veiled threats of violence and some who outright brag about the number of people they've killed. ALL of them are hostile to black people and at least one of them has expressed his hatred for black people.

When presented with data (historical documents, government studies, court cases, Supreme Court decisions, etc.) that disproves or contradicts their beliefs, they just dig in and get even nastier.

Interacting with these people is the last thing I would seek to do if I were wanting to feel better about myself, although that's not something I generally indulge in primarily because it's just not necessary. What's the point of comparing yourself to someone who's at a level below you? I can give you a specific example.

Harmonica incessently posts the same set of statistics - that blacks [allegedly] commit 5 times the amount of crime as whites and [truthfully] graduate at a lower rate. Any attempts to discuss with him the reasons that cause blacks to graduate at a lower rate, or a discussion of how the backlash to the SCOTUS landmark Brown v. The Board of Education lead to a Virginia school district shutting down the schools where the black students attended while ensuring that the white students were able to continue their educations in private schools, or that it was forbidden (unlawful) for black people to learn to read and white during slavery times (and not just the slaves), are thwarted. He's not interested in hearing anything about societal impacts of black people caused by outright and institutional racism in this country because none of that supports the false premise that the white racists believe - that the white race is superior to the black race including as far as intelligence. Yet ask him when he graduated or about his criminal record and all you get is crickets.

Learning how to defend oneself against people who are this ignorant of their own history, let alone ours, and who intentionally lie and distort the truth is something that takes practice, at least for me because unfortunately, they don't restrict themselves to just internet boards. They show up on your job, at your school, in your interactions with law enforcement, during your city council meetings, they work for the government and have access to your information, etc.

What are you going to do, when your brand of racism becomes not just actionable but unlawful? This is directed towards all of the proud self-proclaimed white racists on this board.

If I am a racist you all should be able to come up with something to prove your allegations, other than your opinions, yet you can't. What you are doing however is trying to hide among the white people who aren't racist and then falsely allege that I'm referring to you all, when that has never been the case and I have repeatedly made it clear that the issue, not just with me, but with society, is racism, both on an individual basis and institutionally.

I understand what it must be like to have lived your entire life behaving a certain way, saying and beliving certain things that no one ever told you was racist. I'm pretty sure that's how a lot of men felt when the MeToo movement started, knowing they had made inappropriate comments or behaved inappropriatedly with women but escaped any consequences for their behavior because of the whole boys will be boys attitude of acceptance. It's the exact same thing with racism.

congress makes our laws. go for it, try and change them.

You don't today.

And for the record, many of you are, some of you have admitted it.
