The men and women who administer and protect people who are impoverished or within that area need to have their salaries and pensions readjusted downward. This is reality. Saving money means that the community improves with extras money for other things. This includes schools, cops, firefighters, medical squads, children and families and more. However a percenartge of these employees are also african american.
