The fact is you cant make money in those shithole states... because they are shitholes. Alabama shore towns are nice, on the water, but you cant make money there. You can only spend it. So, you make a shitload of money is a great city like LA or NYC or Chicago, then you move to a shithole shoreline to spend it. Its not rocket science.
