The judge fucked up. The only hope for them is if they can delay the appeals court from taking the case until after the election.

Why is this a problem? The prosecution is bringing in a circus show that's irrelevant to proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt of the supposed crime Trump has committed. Other court cases are falling apart as well -- such as the classified documents case that has been postponed indefinitely.

The whole purpose of bringing in Stormy Daniels was to prejudice the jury against Trump, and the judge allowed it.

Depends on who handles the reversal. The DOJ seems to be manipulating what judges and prosecutors are assigned to these cases, so I've heard, and if that's the case the system may continue to be totally unethically rigged against President Trump.

But for sure no witness has yet supported or offered ANY evidence that Trump committed a crime.
