First was a MIDDLE CLASS TAX CUT, which became a tax hike less than a week after SLICK was inaugurated.

Second was TO FINISH THE JOB IN IRAQ.... which requires an explanation, since the "US Media" has been so very dishonest about this issue. George HW Bush had responded to Saddam's invasion of Kuwait by uniting 125 countries under a UN flag to kick Saddam out of Kuwait and not leave our troops over there playing cops in the aftermath. ISRAEL didn't like that at all. First of all, the STANDARD of DEFENDING UN DEFINED borders didn't sit well in the one country, ISRAEL, outside of its UN defined border after Saddam got booted out of Kuwait. Hence, the "new world order" as HW put it, had Israel in theory as the next to get re-packed into its UN defined border. In reality, the US has been the one vote in the UN Security Council since 1967 allowing Israel to keep the land it took in the 1967 war. Dick Morris, who was Clinton's campaign chief and is now a "conservative" Fox News talking head - Dick is on which ever side wants war in the Middle East to help Israel - told Bill Clinton to campaign on that issue, because Bill would receive money and favorable media coverage as a result. In a truly shocking development, Bill Clinton lied. No US invasion of Iraq happened under Bill Clinton.. But he did win the election.


So when Hillary makes campaign promises, remember the last time a Clinton did that, and just how 180 degrees from the truth those promises were...

So all of SLICK's big spending agenda got dinged, and then SPEAKER NEWT arrived, with four straight tax and spending cut budgets Clinton hated and hated and hated, and now takes credit for, even though he SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN in 1995 saying MORE SPENDING was needed.

The economy boomed IN SPITE OF big spending efforts by PREDATOR/FUHRER. Had PREDATOR/FUHRER gotten their way, the deficit doesn't become a surplus.

Newt is the greatest American political hero of modern times, and all the hate and all the lies the porker/kleptocrats hurled at him are only matched now by the incredible dishonesty necessary to credit Clinton for that which Clinton opposed in real time. Newt Gingrich stopped Washington from spending. Since Newt left, the US has gone straight downhill as kleptocrats and big spenders had their way.

Bring back NEWT GINGRICH if you liked the 1990s, because Newt is the one who produced the surplus and the booming economy.
