Outgoing Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell fell after a lunch meeting with other GOP members Tuesday.

Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., 82, fell on Tuesday in Washington, sustaining a cut on his face and spraining his wrist after attending a lunch with his fellow Republicans.

McConnell received medical attention at the Capitol following the incident. His office confirmed the injuries in a statement to the USA TODAY Network and said he "has been cleared to resume his schedule.”

We really need to vote these dinosaurs out of office long before this.

McConnell would have been out of office long ago, but no Republican can beat him, and Democrats keep running lightweights against him.

Time to retire .

He is when his term is up. Whether he wants to or not. Kentucky will probably screw up and elect a Democrat to replace him unless Trump catches fire and keeps winning which I believe he will, so he can endorse his replacement.
