There are laws that prohibit anyone in Congress to do it, but no such laws are there for the president, He is not bound by that..............legally. Nonetheless, it is morally wrong. Just goes to prove how Trump has no moral restrictions. Not a surprise.

Trump isn't the president yet.

There's nothing morally wrong with selling people a product that they are willing to buy, as opposed to forcing people onto an insurance program they didn't want to be on.
