Biden’s student loan cancellations to cost taxpayers $559B as households earning $300K benefit the most: study

The US government is and he is the chief executive.

So in a very real way, he is the lender.

Not to mention that it's a ridiculous statement to begin with. Talk about being a hypocrite, if someone said that about Trump, implying he could do whatever he wants because he's CIC, you'd blow a fucking gasket.

Biden is not the government. He believes he is a dictator but he's wrong about that, also.

You believe it's acceptable for Biden to ignore the USSC. Don't presume to lecture anyone about a republic.
“We the people” don’t run the government, our elected leaders are.

Biden is executing the law. This has nothing to do with the SC decision. Your accusations are baseless.

Biden is violating the law. The USSC has ruled on this. You're claiming the USSC has nothing to do with this. "because I say so". Not real convincing.

So Biden has to personally go execute every law on the books? You're saying the Dept. of Ed isn't doing its job?

I mean, you can read the decision in Biden v Nebraska.

That case was about the interpretation of provisions in the HEROES act which SCOTUS said went too far in their decision.

This student loan forgiveness is not dependent on that interpretation of the HEROES act, it’s based on other provisions from the Higher Education act.

They get nothing.

The average college grad will make between 1 and 3 million more than non graduates lifetime. They have the ability to pay the loans, but just don’t want to.

Life’s tough, get a helmet
Why does everyone have to “get something”?

Not sure what you mean by “spamming”. Mostly just responding to people who have quoted me.

You've demonstrated you have no idea what you’re talking about. Even going so far as to deny the plain English of the news story and law.
Tater will once again get bitchslapped by the courts for this unconstitutional scheme.

Silly sidestep. The USSC has ruled specifically regarding Biden's debt transfer.

What sidestep? The decision was specifically about use of the HEROES act to forgive loans.

This current program is not about the HEROES act.

Biden thinks he is a dictator and the Constitution doesn’t apply to him.

No stupid, the SC ruled the President can’t appropriate funds. The Constuitution gives that power to Congress. Tater is shitting on the Constitution again.

Amidst pretend-president Biden's vote buying scheme of student debt transfer is the true cost of the debt burden placed on taxpayers.

A Wharton study estimates that the various vote buying schemes will eventually cost taxpayers in excess of $559 Billion dollars.

Under the Dems / Socialists, spending and debt accumulation never ends, the middle class pays for everything but at what point do the Dems / Socialists literally kill off the middle class?

President Biden’s latest student loan cancellation plans will increase the total cost to taxpayers to a whopping $559 billion and benefit households earning more than $300,000 in annual income the most, according to a new study.
Of course it does, it's for all those liberal arts degrees that will benefit nothing, that rich white progressives kids took out loans for
