"Biden's documents are different from Trump's documents"

LOL

Idiot, proof requires intent.

Prove Biden intentionally took those documents when he left office...

Prove Biden knowingly held onto them for 6 years...

intentionally or not, it is not important. Are you telling us that Biden has a senior moment? Anyway, he is either incompetent or a criminal :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg: :auiqs.jpg:

haha, the issue with Biden has nothing to do with volition or not. The REAL issue for Biden is that he, unlike Trump, has no grounds to have those docs, and he had them in multi-unsecured locations. And, the last one is the kicker, he said he did not know.

An ex-president has no more rights to be in possession of classified documents than does an ex-vice president.

Thanks for letting me know you're not familiar with the law this thread is based on.

Yes, intent matters in the eye of the law. :icon_rolleyes:

The DoJ not only had that right, they informed him they could not declassify all of the documents he wanted declassified. Trump accepted that.
I understand that they would go over the doc. And, that is why the FBI or DOJ went to MAL, check the doc, and asked them to install the padlock at the door.

Show us the law saying VP can declassify

That was much later. AND it was before the FBI was told there were no more classified documents in Trump's possession.

I didn't say a VP can declassify. I said, like an ex-president, they can no longer be in possession of classified documents once they leave office.

Reading is fundamental.

haha, not, the ex-POTUS said he declassify it already.

Wrong again. You do enjoy being the fool, don't you?

No intent is necessary.

No proof is necessary. He took the documents.

He alone could have gotten the Top Secret documents out of a secure facility and to his office or home.

The documents were found in a file folder marked "Personal" and in a box containing the Biden family's plans for Beau's funeral.

Are you this desperate to not be proven wrong? What a massive ego you must have that forces you to make a fool of yourself instead of simply admitting you are wrong.

Show us all where these facts are, somehow, wrong.

Biden can't be charged. The Special Counsel is researching to determine if Biden mishandled those documents, and more importantly, who might have had access to them.

A pity there's no evidence he did that for all of the classified documents found in his possession.
We don't know that. He did or did not is another issue. However, we all know VP has no such power. All I am saying is that saying Biden is in a better position is illusional.

Biden is in a far better position.

a) Biden can't be charged with taking those documents; Trump can be.

b) The law is on Biden's side; not Trump's.

c) Biden has been cooperating with the National Archives; Trump had to be subpoenaed to give up documents and then raided when he still refused.

d) Hence the title of this thread; the two cases are not similar.

A VP even less so but you must remember that the Wonderful Fantastic President Trump DECLASSIFIED all that stuff. lmao

As usual; Biden FUCKS UP COMPLETELY!!

You lying pimp!!! The Demstapo has already thrown NARA under the bus; expect LEAKERS as Comer goes after them!!!

Cool, hey!!!

President Trump had already sent boxes of documents to the National Archive. He and his attorneys were negotiating which of the remaining documents should be returned to the archive. They knew about the documents, and where they were being held.

They also knew of President Biden's hidden Top Secret documents in the Biden Penn Center when the raid was ordered on Trump's residence. Complete theatrical play by the Democrats to distract from the coming Biden bombshell. It worked on you.

Because he's President?

"A Honolulu woman who pleaded guilty to taking classified documents while working at the U.S. Embassy in Manila was sentenced today to 90 days in jail. Asia Janay Lavarello pleaded guilty last year to one count of knowingly removing classified information, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. She removed “certain classified documents” from the embassy before hosting a dinner party in her hotel room, with guests including three American co-workers and two foreign nationals, her plea agreement said."
