It doesn't matter how much, how many, etc .. etc .. If stowing classified material is a criminal activity .. 1 document is enough (although Biden has done this on two different occasions) to be considered, as Biden stated, irresponsible.

The classification of the property of the National Archives which Trump hid and lied about has nothing to do with his obstruction.

They did not belong to him, and he did everything he could to prevent the National Archives from getting back their property.

How is the relevant department in the document supposed to know? You do realize they would have to declassify it on their end right? Also have you noticed only Trump is claiming he declassified them? His lawyers are not. They have not made that claim to a judge. What are they waiting for?

Also even if Trump did declassify those documents, it doesn’t somehow mean he had the authority to take them home. You do get that right? Classified or not they don’t belong to him. That by itself is illegal.
