You know you just f*ed up BIG TIME when you are a Democrat & Nany Pelosi and other Democrats are slamming you for such a horrific move.

'Never underestimate Joe's ability to f* things up.'

And there's little you magaturds can do about it. So sit in the backseat and shut yer pie holes.

As much as I don't believe in the legislation it really is a tiny little issue. Some how some people at the rich get to fleece the nation so I'm not getting crazy about this.

Some estimate the cost to be over $500 Billion, so it ain't exactly peanuts. It isn't a couple of Trillion bucks, but in essence this is a whole lot of money that will not be paid back to the US Gov't, which means the debt will grow larger. And it is inflationary, because now people will be spending more money than they otherwise would and the production of goods and services remains unchanged.

Summary: President Biden’s new student loan forgiveness plan includes three major components. We estimate that debt cancellation alone will cost up to $519 billion, with about 75% of the benefit accruing to households making $88,000 or less. Loan forbearance will cost another $16 billion. The new income-driven repayment (IDR) program would cost another $70 billion, increasing the total plan cost to $605 billion under strict “static” assumptions. However, depending on future IDR program details to be released and potential behavioral (i.e., “non-static”) changes, total plan costs could exceed $1 trillion.

As Larry Summers has recently opined, if the President and the Democrats in Congress wanted to throw out a mountain of cash to benefit some Americans, they CERTAINLY cold have found some more worthy beneficiaries than college pukes who haven't paid their legal debts.

The whole thing is perfectly nauseating.

Will any student pass on carrying at least 10k in federal government funds now? I may increase that to 20k for next year.
