Hell, I'll go out on a limb here, and say everybody* wants a free, fair, valid election.

*well, yes, there are gonna be those who want to protect their 'turf'....and want measures that ensure they stay on their turf regardless if it is free, fair, or valid. Witness, the Georgia legislature trying to hinder black churches from transporting their congregants to a polling station. Those white Georgians seemingly don't want all legal citizens to vote......especially if they are black. At any rate, it surely appears that way. IMHO
