Red state AGs are Already lining up to taken it to court. They know expanded voting makes it impossible for republicans to win.

If I was in that court I would ask the republican lawyers how closing voting places, putting only one or two voting machines in voting places, decreasing early voting days, stopping souls to the polls, moving voting places to areas people can't get to and so many others is preventing voting fraud.

Yep, anything other than free on an non DMV ID is a poll tax. Quite illegal if required to vote. HR1 should be the top priority for Biden, as opposed to infrastructure. The latter is a sticky wicket.
