You don't know anything about Yemen. It's not genocide. Since 1998 Al Qaeda moved in from Afghanistan, then Boko Haram, then the Al Houthi overthrew the government. The Saudis endured years of cross border attacks beginning in 2000.

I was in Asir in 2020. The Saudis had moved all their border villages back 25 kilometers from the Yemen border and put sophisticated border security in place. Yemen has been lawless and impoverished since I was a kid. It's just worse now. They also want to control the Bab Al Mandab and Secotra.
