Biden EPA gave a $20 million grant to his own "environmental justice" adviser WHILE SHE WAS STILL WORKING FOR HIM

Which several have done and you have yet to provide even a rationale for why they are wrong about that.
You haven't and your claim that your article provided an explanation is factually untrue.

You're just trolling now. Have a good day.

Feds fund local law agencies to enforce laws, they don't feel like doing it, they don't get funding.
So we could make federal funding for law enforcement contingent on enforcing federal gun laws. Right?

OF COURSE state and local governments can’t pass laws about what the state and local law enforcement cannot do, when that is in conflict with US federal law.
As in the case of US Code 8, Section 1324 (and other US laws)
Except there is no conflict because that law does not and cannot require cooperation with ICE detainers and other non-judicial warrants.

I would LOVE for the federal government to go after NY for it's anti-second amendment local gun laws.

Great idea!

Remember Sheldon Whitehouse? He said this at Patel's confirmation hearing:

"Kash Patel, mark my words, will cause evil in this building behind us, and Republicans who vote for him will rue that day,"

Hack. I said enforcing federal gun laws. Can you read?

I just took your ideas and ran with it in a far more appropriate direction.

What States aren't following federal gun laws?

Great. If we go with your direction we can cut off funding for Medicaid if states have abortion restrictions. See! We can totally destroy the idea of federalism in one fell swoop with you ******* hacks.

What States aren't following federal gun laws
Here's a couple:

Laws voiding federal gun regulations
  • Idaho: Passed a law to prevent enforcement of future federal gun laws
  • Kansas: Passed a law that federal regulation doesn't apply to guns made in the state
  • Wyoming, South Dakota, and Arizona: Passed laws since 2010 to protect "firearms freedom" from the federal government

^^^Imagine being so radicalized, you're openly cheering for criminals to evade law enforcement, and hoping local cops are in on the crime.
Imagine being propagandized you believe everything that comes out of the admin's PR dept.

Last week, Elon Musk’s government cost-slashing initiative, dubbed the Department of Government Efficiency, posted an online “wall of receipts,” celebrating how much it had saved by canceling federal contracts.

Now the organization, which is also known as the U.S. DOGE Service, has deleted all of the five biggest “savings” on that original list, after The New York Times and other media outlets pointed out they were riddled with errors.

The last of the original top five disappeared from the site in the early hours of Tuesday, even as the group claimed in its latest update that its savings to date had increased to $65 billion. The website offered no explanation for why it removed some items or how it arrived at the higher total. Neither the U.S. DOGE Service nor the White House responded to questions Tuesday morning.

Those talk about future gun grabbing unconstitutional laws passed by a progressive congress and signed by a progressive President.

Why can't they? The police work for them and are therefore under their jursidiction. You think the police are a higher authority than the government elected by the people?
Because federal law says they can't. That's why, Duh!

And rightly so, but a different issue because that assumes some future Dem federal government passing unconstitutional gun control laws.

This is the type of blatant, in your face corruption communist and Democrat dictatorships are known for.

Thank you, DOGE, for uncovering the MASSIVE money-laundering and corruption we endured for the past 4 years (and beyond).

This is what corruption looks like

You just keep DODGING, and changing the subject, and you are BORING.

It's worse than that, since it talks about sheriffs refusing to enforce STATE laws that they didn't like.

I'm not aware that the federal government is even asking state governments from enforcing federal gun laws, which makes this attempt to draw parallels rather difficult.

In any event, you should be careful as to how broad you want to interpret this kind of power.

What federal gun laws? Your president already signed a document that said illegally buying and illegally possessing guns are not crimes worth prosecuting.

That debate is over, and you lost. Bigly.
